Guardiola tried to defend Potter

Graham Potter's tragic run at the helm of Chelsea continues.

On Sunday, the Aristocrats lost 0-4 to Manchester City in the third round of the FA Cup and exited the competition.

Despite a very difficult stretch, Pep Guardiola, the City's manager, stood in for Potter.

"I would like to ask Chelsea to give Graham Potter time. I understand that these clubs want results, but Potter needs time.

Chelsea played well in the second half and what he did against Brighton is simply unbelievable.

All coaches need time. "At Barcelona, I didn't need time because I just had Lionel Messi. He alone made a huge difference.

It's not just Chelsea that have a hard time playing against us, but all the other teams", said Guardiola after the win.
